To Report a Lost or Stolen Bank Card
During banking hours, call any of our four branches to report your lost or stolen card. A friendly customer service representative will need to ask you a few questions and will be able to place a block on your card number.
After banking hours, to report a lost or stolen Visa® Debit, ATM, or Check Guarantee card call 1-800-523-4175. This will place a block on your card, but the representatives at this number will not be able to order you a new card. You will also need to contact one of our customer service representatives at any of our branches during banking hours to complete the processing of your lost or stolen card.
