Peterson Development was founded in Utah in 1965 by Leon Peterson. Since that time, the company has become known as a leader in commercial real estate construction, infrastructure development, land acquisition and sales, and entitlement along with building homes for over 15 years. They operate with pride and confidence as a family-owned, people-oriented business.
The Founder and CEO, Leon Peterson, started his company as a young entrepreneur in 1965. Over the years, Peterson Development has built and developed retail, office, medical clinics, apartment buildings, and residential building lots throughout the Western United States. Justin, Ryan, Barrett and Brandon Peterson lead Peterson Development and Peterson Homes, following the legacy their father created. Through the years, the qualities of hard work, honesty and integrity have been and continue to be the guiding forces behind the company.
Peterson Development’s commercial market includes large commercial anchors, smaller tenants, restaurants, banks, medical clinics, and other service oriented businesses. Peterson Homes provide a wide range of housing options including apartments, townhomes, single family homes, and retirement communities so they can help people of all ages and in all stages of life.
